-- Although it's no help now, see previous posting from me about how to recover from this type of crash. Basically you have to keep dupicating the Newton Press document after saving, so when you get this crash, you've only lost a few minutes of work.

As far as recovery goes (having tried it) your hopes are slim to none. Try Canopener and Word's "open all" options.
