I just uploaded disk images of both the Macintosh and Windows versions of
the floppy disks (c. 1995 StarCore) as well as each of the individual
packages that came on the disks:

MemMgr.pkg - Memory Manager
Scrpbook.pkg - Scrapbook
Shortcut.pkg - Shortcut
ShortEdt.pkg - Shortcut Editor
SoftMgr.pkg - Software Manager
