Hi
I am doing some history research... generally for fun...
about the history of computers...

and i came across some nice things...

Did apple take the idea to newton from Xerox Parc too......
Besides the GUI interface?

Some nice links i found : )

"Another style of collaborative interaction, also developed at Xerox
PARC and also at UC Berkeley in the Infopad project, involves using a
Liveboard style main screen but giving each user a pad-like LCD
display that they can use as their own copy of the whiteboard. Their
pad, called the Infopad at UC Berkeley, can be used collaboratively
to share notes in real time with others of the same computer.
Essentially the paradigm enables multiple users to share their
displays and computer resources in a convenient way."
