Maybe, if you want a 10, 20 or 50 pack. Ideally, a group of European
Newtonites would get together and arrange a purchase, probably with a
US intermediary (Product Resale seems to be leery of international
shipment paperwork). I'm in the process of doing a similar thing for
Canadian Newton types, once I sorted out the miniscule amount of
paperwork FedEx required it's been pretty straight forward. I can't
vouch for the condition yet though, as my order hasn't arrived yet :-)
