Search google for Gem Enterprises and their website has a photo of the
case and info on contacting them directly for purchase. They are
charging 275 for 2100 and 270 for upgraded 2000. This includes the
case, 32mg card, 33.6 modem, ac, etc.

I think its billing_at_gementerprises.com.
