 I took off the backcover. The ribbon cable curls out from underneath
 the board into a socket on the top part of the board. I removed &
 reinserted the cable into this socket. I suspect everything (?) on
the top part of the board are fitting snugly. Now some things that can
come dislodged beneath the board need to be investigated. My problem
is getting to them.
