The 67-63-0 is the CAS number (Chemical Abstracts Service).
It is a unique identifier for a chemical substance that is the same regardless of the name on the container.

e.g.

Isopropanol is also known as:

Isopropyl Alcohol;

Propan-2-ol;

2-Propanol

They would all carry the CAS 67-63-0 number.
