[NTLK] Re - TTL vs. CMos

To the best of my knowledge CMOS works within the
specs for TTL (4.75...5.25 volts). TTL would not work
at the lowest voltage allowed for CMOS and it would
fry at the highest voltage allowed for CMOS.
