[NTLK] Latches on back of MP2X00

I need to replace one of the two door latches on the back of my
MP2100. I have another MP2X00 from which I want to take one of the
latches.

First, how do I get one of the latches out of its spot on the back of
the MessagePad (without damaging it or the MessagePad)?

Second, (and it may be obvious from the answer tot he first question)
how do I install the latch in the other MessagePad?
