[NTLK] Creating ISP templage fails with -48204 (path failed) error

In getting my Newt online again, when I try to create a internet setup
(any setup in the menu), it gives me a -48204 error. This is what NTK
Inspector says:

evt.ex.fr
-48221
Path setupName failed
evt.ex.fr;type.ref.frame
-48204
Entering break loop: level 1
Frame 2: functions.BreakLoop -1
Frame 3: pickActionScript 48

I have the ISP templates package installed, so it couldn't be that (is
ISP tempates needed if you don't use anyuse any of them?)
