i tried to get mine to go on 40 meters with a HWR-to-CW converter, but
it was real chirpy so i went back to my Globe Chief Deluxe.
well, maybe i was dreaming, now that i think about it...and feeling REAL
old knowing i span the days from vacuum tubed crystal controlled CW-only
transmitters to newton and beyond.
i wonder how sunspots affect the internet...
