The last several days we've been stuck in a heat
advisory. I was monitoring the temperature remotely
from my NPDS server (http://npds.tek-ed.com) Every
day, it says: 84.2 degrees...I was thinking, "wow!
it's 98 degrees outside and in the house it's 84.2 and
we don't even have the AC on! Coming home, the Newt
still reads 84.2, but the house feels warmer! A quick
check of the thermostat shows that it's almost 90!
Running Therm on my main Newt after the AC's been
running shows that my main Newt reads 77.4 degrees. A
small digital thermometer reads 78 degrees...my NPDS
server reads 84.2 degrees. Using BattTrack, I
monitored the temperature and that seems to read
correctly. I was able to raise the temperature, but
Therm and NPDS didn't register the change in
temperature until it reached 86 degrees!
Is there some kind of interval or threshold I can set
in order for the temperature to be more accurately
read?
Thanks
