I think the problem here stems fo the PC mac mix. Mac file types are
not determined by name, they have special information encoded within
them as to creator and file type. Unfortunatly the pc strips this
information as soon as the file is saved onto a pc drive. My
recomondation is to first copy all the pkg's to a hard drive in the mac
side, then use a utility like packtype to put that special information
back in. With packtype all you need to do is a drop a bunch of files on
the icon, they will be configured appropriatly and NCU Will see the from
there.
