I bought my son an eMate at PowerOn Computing, http://www.poweron.com.
It was "somewhat" refurbished. The first one he got had a problem
develop (the bad display ribbon cable) after having it for about three
weeks. They replaced it with a second one. They give a 90-day warranty.
If I recall, you have to call them to see if they have any in stock.
They don't list them on their web site.
