Jochen, are you talking about an article in the printed edition, or can it
be found online? I did a quick search on Spiegel.de, but could not find any
article that mentioned the Newton.
BTW, the online edition of Der Spiegel has a bad reputation for reports
about Apple, their articles usually showing a lack of proper research but a
lot of blunt stereotypes.
Anyway, I would love to be pointed to that article to give them some
adequate feedback. They should not confuse pioneer-work (OMP & the known
difficulties regarding the HWR - and hey, it's not good, but it is not
unbearable) with pictures of a system that represents the status quo of PDA
design. Any system on the market today is still struggeling to come up with
a Newton 2100, and they still all ... well ... suck.
