Just for grins, I installed the Alpha 3 driver and tried my Intel and Linksys cards. As expected I got the usual "Newton cannot recognize this card message". I hope that when the dust clears from all of this that it will be a simple matter of getting someone the card info from one of these so that the driver can be hacked to work with other 802.11b cards. I don't know why I said simple. If it was simple I would be able to do it myself! :)
