I have both. I prefer the 3Com (which I just got -- had the D-Link forever).
The D-Link just doesn't seem reliable to me. I get odd errors and have to
reboot now and then.
Once running, they both seem to run just fine and the same. It's just that,
once in a while, my D-Link doesn't seem to "init" properly.
Could be my card, of course. YMMV.
