Hmm, I'm not sure how that works. I'm trying to achieve my goal of losing 50
pounds (god dang ISP job!!). Weight Watchers assigns a "point" value based
on Dietary Fiber, Calorie Content and Total Fat. I'm not much of a
nutritionist myself... **mmm donuts...**
