Oh yes, of course! But he will need to use two AppleTalk Interface boxes and
an AppleTalk (4-wire) cable or the respective things for PhoneNet (including
two end-termination resistors) and I don't know whether he wants to get
these things or has a chance of getting them cheap. The direct serial
(8-wire) cable with two Mini8 connectors will NOT work for AppleTalk.
