Being compiled for the StrongARM CPU doesn't make this any easier than it
would be for any other kind of software.

No doubt about that. Porting the Java source to either Waba or
NewtonScript should be doable. (I've implemented more complex AI systems
in my time, but I'm too busy right now, I'm afraid.)
