Soldering tabs are basically what the name implies, little tabs on the end
of calls that allow you to solder them a bit easier (still a good idea to
work fast with cells in general) while keeping the heat a bit farther from
the cells.

Maybe this is a good site to as to your site Frank (Gruendel that is) since
they have a 4 pack for $8.97 which seems cheaper than what I could find on
your site.
In their FAQ they say that they can deliver with soldering tabs BTW.
