For that configuration (SysPatch + Avi's), everything should be fine. Note
that the Avi's fix for -10061 is only activated on demand, while SysPatch
can do the fix every x seconds. I personally use HeavenOrHell; while I still
get a -10061, it only does the fix on power off and doesn't slow down the Newt
like SysPatch does IMHO.

Funny... I was about to ask the opposite question... do I need more than
one? Right now I have both SysPatch and Avis Backdrop installed with the -61
fix enabled on Avi's. I was starting to wonder of that was overkill.
