[NTLK] Best maintenance utility for average user

I recently downloaded SBM Utilities.
Very complete piece of software with great maintenance options.

But some of them are very technically oriented (only use this you know what
you are doing :-O and, as a newbie to average user some of them really scare
me.

Is it the best maintenance utility package for the average user or there are
similar packages with less technical options that can have the job done?
