You will not be able to use the Newton's speaker and microphone to make
calls - you need the optionally available headset, which costs about 30 Euro
extra.

80 GBP with contract is about the same or slightly more than the current
"going rate" on eBay for a Card Phone 2s. Unless you really need another
contract, you might want to consider bidding for one.

The Option device is certainly very interesting, particularly in that it
also supports GPRS. I also would very much like to hear of any success or
otherwise using one with a Newton.
