[NTLK] sorry, a problem has occurred (4) sobody any idea?

It happened twice in the middle of a task. I was just entering some text as
my screen went blank and after 2 seconds the eMate restarted itself. It was
a restart like when all power was lost. after the restart the following
message appeared :"sorry, a problem has occurred (4)" I think all error
codes are longer than 1 digit so, can somebody help me?
