[NTLK] Help! Old info restored by accident

While restoring a package from a backup file today, I inadvertantly
restored old information to my newt: old Pocket Quicken info, old Dates

to dos. Is there any way to get back to where I was before I put this
info in? Otherwise my checkbook and to do list is totally screwed up.
