Your first port of call should be a BP solar dealer (or whatever its
called on the other side side of the pond). You then have to build some
clever circuitry to deliver the Newton the correct current and voltage,
and prevent spikes.
I have a datasheet for a ~50W panel, which could theoretically power an
iBook.
Even a 9W PV array is likely to be fairly heavy.
