rev 1 might have a capacitor problem that urges for a repair/replacement. it
happened to me, at least. beware. on the other hand, i can promise you that
the fix i simple and your base station will get a new life once the
capacitor is replaced. rev 1 is cheaper, especially if you can find it used.
