[NTLK] Newtsync question and NCU question

I am trying to connect via tcp/ip.
Following instructions and opening newtsync on mac first.
Typing in the box on the newton the IP address given in window .
When I push connect on the newton, it says"binding the endpoint" and then
nothing happens.
It works with serial though for me.

I'm still not getting anywhere with NCU and appletalk . Is the appletalk
adsp extension ok in the system 9 extention folder or do I have to copy it
into the system ten extention folder as well. I TRIED IT BUT AM NOT ALLOWED
BY MY MACINTOSH

I'm not stupid, why doesn=B9t this work for me
