Well, if anyone can shed some light on this...

Our corp office has a beta test 802.11 setup, wide open, no WEP, no
password.

iBook OSX w/ Airport card no problem; network name shows up in menu, click
network name, connected.

Newton w/WaveLan card, add network name, no WEP, no password, open
NewtsCape, connected.

Dell Win2K, install Proxim apps, install Proxim card drivers (same card that
worked on Newt and a PBG4), fiddle with users, network settings, Proxim app,
etc. Nothing. Card is on, doesn't see a network even if network name is
input manually.

Any suggestions or Web references are appreciated.
