hi all!
ive had problems connecting to a computer via a base station. the base
station was called "d0pp13r homebase". after changing the name of the base
station to simply "d0pp13r", i could successfully connect to the computer i=
n
order to sync/backup, export documents from works and use the keyboard as
usual.
this bug does only apply to apple talk connections, not TCP/IP. also, the
host computer with NCU can have complex naming, it is just the base station
that doesnt allow spaces in the name!
i strongly advice anyone who cant connect via a base station with a space i=
n
the SSID to change the name to a simple one, if possible.
-> listmasters, does this one go to the FAQ or is it more for hiroshi?
