Im just talking with ebay right now as to whether or not my auction is
allowed but rest assured if it is i will be reposting. Report me to the FBI
if you wish at that point.

Man, Chill out!
People sell 'information' on e-bay all the time. The guy is being
completely up front with what the auction is about. If you're so
concerned about Fraud on e-bay, there's plenty of auctions that are
truly bogus.
(And actually, the Postal service has 'Postal Inspectors' that handle
mail fraud, which this has nothing to do with. There's nothing being
'sent' via post.)
