Life Balance has some nice features, but it doesn't allow you to re-arrange
to-dos. It does offer more than the 4 priorities, but the way this is
implemented is via a slider rather than a numeric list, so it isn't easy to
force items into a certain order.

I would love to find a hierarchical to-do manager for the Newton. Many years
ago I tried InControl for the Mac but at that time my to-do list was very
short and I decided I didn't need such a powerful program. It would be
perfect for what I need today.
