My DWL-650 card doesn't work either -- at least in infrastructure mode.
It *does* work in ad-hoc mode, when talking to my "base station". (I put
that in quotes, because my base station is a NetBSD computer running in
IBSS mode -- thus the need for the ad hoc setting.)
I suspect there is an issue with the drivers. I sent an email off to
Hiroshi last night.
