Is a corollary to Mitnick's travails that pop-up windows and the like
constitute criminal hacking because they steal CPU cycles from my (and your)
computer? Hmmm... I wonder how many $/microsecond the charges against
Mitnick amounted to? I think those folks at X10 are going to owe me some
major bucks! ;-)
