I posted some days ago abt my power problems
1/my nimh charger (external) is no longer charging batt's to full,
seems to switch over to trickle charge too early
I got a new charger and the batteries are fine again, I now get weeks
usage out the newton.
But I'm still interested to know why the charger stopped charging.
Although I'm quite good at taking things apart and fooIing with
them/fixing them, I have a limited understanding of electronic
components, so I have no idea _why_.
really, you might say, who cares, I've "solved" the problem with the
new charger, but you know, inquiring minds want to know
Do I throw the old charger in the landfill now?
--- problem 2/ broken power supply. Still havent cracked the a/c adapter, and it still doesnt work. Not too concerned bc I now have reliable batt's again. But if anyone knows where to get info on the Quicktake 200 a/c adapter and possible fixes, I'd appreciate a pointer.
