Thanks for the offer.

I used your package as a starting point some time ago and used Modem
Modifier to customize it with my PIN. I guess that the main point is
that your package does not support HSCSD and to do so requires a more
complex modem initialization sequence than the standard NOS 2 modem
driver allows (as far as I know - I would be delighted to be proved
wrong). For example, I found that it was necessary to send a number of
CR terminated sequences to the modem with an appropriate delay between
them, to get HSCSD to work.

By treating the Card Phone as a PC Card serial device and using the
login script to send configuration commands, I was able to achieve the
desired result - including actually prompting for the PIN at the
appropriate point.

I do use your package for sending faxes though! Receiving has not
worked so far but that is something that I really need to do when
mobile (which makes me wonder why I pay extra every month for an extra
mobile fax number!).
