I don't think so; the way to connect a Newton to a broadband network is with
an Ethernet card (in your Newton) connecting to a gateway router or hub that
in turn connects to a cable or DSL modem. This isn't particularly difficult
or expensive, especially if you already have broadband coming in.

You can use ATA cards, but only with a special driver:
