Ebay has a very good system that handles things like
this. I should know, someone once reported me and my
listing was cancelled. In my case, I said I had
others items available. Ebay replied to me that it
indicated I was attempting to sell on eBay without
paying eBay fees. I just removed that line and
everything was fine. They are pretty fast in dealing
with these issues. Go here the next time you see
