Hi Robert,
        I have one of these cards and have used it to make phone calls and connect to
the Internet. They are only single-band 900Mhz so make sure you're on the
correct network. There was some software once upon a time to allow you to
receive calls and sms etc although I never got it to work.

I'm also told that there are two versions of the card, one of which doesn't
work. 75Euros sounds like low enough to 'give it a whirl' though.

I'd be happy to offer what help I can.
