Pen Computing did a review/comparison of a Treo phone, and another PDA
connected with a BlueTooth phone and BlueTooth headset. The phone was in the
backpack, the headset on the ear, and the Palm on the hand. They experienced
one problem with this arrangement. There was a severe lag time between the
placing of the call, and the handing off of the call to the headset. Often
times, the person on the other end would answer the phone, and hang up
before the headset would take over, and the poor person making the call
would end up with an empty line. Apparently this setup isn't ready for prime
time yet. (Besides the fact that I think the earpiece looks rather geeky or
dorky.) :-)
