As long as we're begging Paul to consider our pet projects...

The darn -10061 bug is still a pain, you know? I have the SysPatch
installed, but I know it slows down my Newton, and I still get the errors
even with the 5000 ms frequency setting. I still have to reset every now
and then because sometimes running the package cache resync routine doesn't
work, or I can't access its icon.

Is there any hope of seeing this bug dealt with in a more permanent way?
