That's the kicker. We need a driver on the Newton so that it can makes
sense of all the gobbledeegook that comes out of the Stowaway. The only
thing I've been able to do so far on the Stowaway project is to get the
Newton to read some of the serial output from the keyboard. The output is
documented on the protocol page:

Now, if someone would like to write a driver that translates the Stowaway
protocol to Newton keyboard protocol, we'd be that much closer to cooking
with gas.
