You can start with <http://www.planetnewton.com/download/downloadindex.htm>.
They're not up-to-date, but you can browse software by category and read a
short description.
For a start, you need to get NewtonWorks, which has a word processor, a
spreadsheet, a vector drawing module and a graphic calculation module.
Available at my web site (URL in sig.).
Then, for expense, I always used ExpensePlus. Don't know if it's still
available, though.
Database: Notion, Leverage.
Internet stuff: Email: EnRoute (free and unsupported) or SimpleMail (free
and still supported). Browsers: NetHopper 3.2 (free and unsupported) and
Newtscape (not free but still supported).
