[NTLK] Add-on to previous message

I just got a windows 3.11 computer from a friend. I hoped that would help
my problem be resolved. I pluged the cord in and installed NCK, rebooted
and tried it. I first got a time out then I tried it every other way I
could think of and still no response. Please I need help quickly.
