Hi,

Check out PT100 from scrawlsoft (http://www.scrawlsoft.com). It's not
vanilla tty, it's a vt100 emulator but it works well for me. It can use
direct serial connections as well as modem and telnet (over TCP/IP). I
registered about 5 months ago and although development has stopped, you can
still get it.
