Lexionary was actually released for free. You can download it here:
http://newyork.unna.org/unna/applications/Lexionary/
You then need the unlocker from Lava2:
http://newyork.unna.org/unna/utilites/backlight/Lava2/unlocker.pkg
Use the unlocker to make a serial number for Lexionary.
