Sorry to be so late in getting back to you -- kind of busy these days...
My friend was off a little bit on his estimate. The cost is 4,900 yen
per month. At 115 yen to the $, that would be $42.61 per month.
His service is 12.5 MBps (100Mbps).
What I saw was an average of 9.22 MBps based on 4 test DL's of Mac OS
System update of 83 MB size. The minimum time was 7 seconds, the maximum
was 12. Average was 9 seconds.
I'm not sure how to answer your link question. Can you be more specific.
