BTW... I setup a PDF only printer on our iProof RIP in the office and
started printing from the Newton. You wind up getting some really nice
vector-based PDF's from the Newton's Notes.

Open up the PDF's in Illustrator and all of your sketches are actually
line work (makes sense, really -- I just didn'y know if the Newt was
rasterizing the print job, like it would a fax).

iProof is a bit pricey, so I'm still trying to get CUPS in 10.2 to
create a pap:// printer that dumps to a text file. I can get the
printer made and use it locally, I just can't get CUPS to actually show
the printer as an appletalk printer to other machines ... (as an LPR
printer, yes). The other option is ghostscript, which I have yet to
look into.

Anyway, I would still like to parse the .nwt files -- because neither
printing nor the gif email will send the metadata associated with the
note (ie the title, or the enclosing newton folder).
