In a totally urelated issue with the topic discussed in this thread, in
Italian "persona non grata" ia a diplomatic/political sentence that
mean "Not Desired Person".
Instead "persona non gratta" (with double t), mean "a person that
don't scratch" (grattare = to scratch)
